Will no longer accept no-show clients after first two no-shows! After first no-show you will be required to keep a card on file for a 10% no-show fee to book again if not informed of cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours for the next scheduled appointment. Please note I am extremely understanding of emergencies and mistakes and please to not hesitate to reach out if there are any issues! Refunds: Once offered a refund without given the opportunity to fix you are no longer a client unless agreed otherwise. Refunds will only include labor services. Product included is non-refundable. Best wishes to all and i hope you find the stylist right for you!🤍 Weekends: I am open every other weekend but those spots get booked quickly so PLEASE prebook!! Weekends are typically booked out atleast a month and a half! Please note I am not a master stylist, there are certain services I do not offer due to liability concerns. If you have questions reach out to me and if I don’t offer the service I can recommend someone that does. My prices are discounted and I am still learning, if i am uncomfortable performing a service i will let you know. Our salon and myself will NOT tolerate hate, threatening, harassment, or theft. You will be banned from our salon and as a client. The salon is welcome to all and want everyone to FEEL welcome. Children are always welcome in my chair or with you! I kindly ask that they remain supervised and well-behaved during your appointment so I can provide a safe, relaxing environment for everyone including coworkers clients. If this becomes difficult to maintain and becomes a heavily disruptive environment I will have to limit future visits involving children. Please notify ahead of time if you will be bringing your kiddo along so i can extend your appointment time. 😇 My daughter (3 years old) does attend work with me on the occasion. If that is an issue for you please let me know ahead of time so i can schedule you for days i have a scheduled babysitter.
